Matt DeLorenzo
Matt DeLorenzo earned his BA in Political Science from Columbia University in 2007. He started his financial services career on an equity trading desk at a global financial services firm before joining United in 2008, where he focuses his efforts on identifying opportunities in the bond market. By leveraging trading relationships and utilizing his expertise on various electronic trading platforms, Matt obtains quality execution on trades for the firm’s clients. He is also responsible for portfolio management, where his assessment of credit spreads, the yield curve and the macro economy drives investment decisions . Matt passed CFA level I and has completed various investment and analytical courses including Financial Analysis of Local Governments by Moody’s and CAIA’s Fundamentals of Alternative Investments. Matt’s views on fixed income securities have been featured in Barron’s and Investment News.
