Service Provider Review

  • Conduct a comprehensive  analysis including detailed comparison of recordkeeping, trust company, third party administration and investment advisor  fees and services  to competitive alternatives.

Design Services

  • Consult with client leadership team on plan design to determine retirement plan goals and budget.
  • Request  quotes from a variety of  service providers.
  • Analyze, organize, and compare alternatives and present our findings.
     

Plan Conversion/Installation Services

  • Liaise with clients and service providers to help facilitate a smooth plan conversion or installation.  
  • Train staff on corporate retirement plan responsibilities working to ensure efficient day to day plan management, while helping to limit employer liability. 
     

Ongoing support

  •  Conduct periodic Plan Level Fiduciary Review Meetings:
    • Service provider benchmarking
    • Monitor service provider responsibilities
    • Discuss legislative and regulatory updates
    • Review plan design relative to client needs and goals
    • Review the investment policy statement and investment menu options
    • Discuss plan funding and tax deductibility options
    • Provide guidance on ERISA compliance matters
  • Record meeting minutes
  • Investment Management
    • Provide ERISA 3(21) or 3(38) Fiduciary Investment Services
    • Select and monitor plan investments
    • Provide investment due diligence reports
       

Participant Education & Communication

  • Conduct periodic participant enrollment and 401(k) education meetings
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings with participants
    • Provide advice related to 401(k) goals
    • Coordinate 401(k) advice to larger financial planning goals and needs
