Managing Director, Client Experience
Robin brings a wealth of client service expertise to United, providing administrative and client support to our Portfolio Managers and Financial Advisors since 2011. Her previous experience includes time as an associate at Société des Bains de Mer and a tenure as director of Berlitz Language School in Princeton, NJ following several years living abroad in France and Belgium.
Robin now leads United’s Client Experience Team, focused on supporting the firm’s goal to service our clients’ best interests while maintaining the highest standard of performance and integrity, and providing exemplary client support.
Robin’s commitment to her work is driven by her desire to always do right by those she works with, abiding by the golden rule of treating others the way you want to be treated. She has a passion for working through complex situations, striving to ensure our clients feel well cared for.
Busy inside of the office and out, Robin spends her time baking delicious treats for family, friends, and staff, always eager to try out a new recipe.
