U.S. stock futures are lower. U.S. Equity Markets are indicated to open lower after Walmart cut its profit outlook yesterday afternoon, citing changing consumer behavior. Treasury yields are lower across the curve. Consumer Confidence and New Home Sales data will be released at 10AM. European countries reached an agreement to voluntarily reduce gas consumption by 15% in response to the threat of a Russian cutoff in supply. The Euro is lower after the announcement.
