U.S. stock futures are lower. U.S. stocks experienced a pullback late yesterday, bringing an end to the recent winning streak in equities. This morning, stock futures are higher, shaking off yesterday’s downside. Yields are ticking lower after jobless claims came in cooler than expected. Weekly initial claims were 205k, compared to expectations of 210k and the prior week’s revised reading of 203k. Third Quarter GDP was revised slightly lower to 4.9% versus the prior reading of 5.2%. The economic calendar will round out with Durable Goods Orders and PCE inflation data set to release tomorrow before the market opens. Asian markets finished the session mixed, and European markets are lower, tracing yesterday’s U.S. declines. The U.S. Dollar is weakening substantially, while Gold prices are moving higher and Crude Oil prices are dropping
