U.S. stock futures are higher. Stocks are ticking higher in pre-market trading, continuing an upward move after a strong trading day on Friday, which reversed a tough start to the week. Meanwhile, treasury yields are moving lower across the yield curve. The earnings season is progressing, with 85% of S&P 500 companies having reported, and 79% of them beating EPS expectations. Today's economic calendar is light, with wholesale inventories data set to release after the bell. Looking ahead to the rest of the week, CPI and PPI data for April will be released on Wednesday and Thursday morning, respectively. European markets are moving higher, while Asian markets ended trading mixed. Crude oil prices are bouncing back after hitting a new 52-week low late last week and gold is trading upwards. The dollar is slightly weaker.
