U.S. stock futures are higher. S&P futures are higher this morning following yesterday’s muted trading session which saw the index close slightly lower. The JOLTS report indicated a decline in job openings for October, dropping to 8.7 million from the previous month’s downwardly revised figure of 9.3 million, signaling a softening in the labor market. On the other hand, the ISM services data exceeded expectations moderately: the employment component showed a slight increase, prices decreased, and new orders remained stable. These data releases led to a decrease in yields. This morning, yields are trading mixed after the ADP employment report came in below expectations and the prior month figure. Shifting focus to international markets, Asian markets rebounded from steep losses in the previous session ending on a positive note. European markets are also trading higher and are on track to finish the session to the upside. Gold prices are on the rise, while crude oil prices are declining, and the U.S. Dollar is weakening
