Do you have a source of
compensation other than fees?
UASI derives all of its income from fees. Affiliated by ownership, United Financial Group, LTD., a FINRA licensed broker/dealer, is controlled by UASI. UFG offers non-discretionary mutual fund and variable annuity advice through UFG. UFG is licensed to sell medical, health, disability, long-term care and life insurance (see SML). These services and products are offered as a convenience for clients who don’t meet the UASI minimums. There is no inducement for our clients to use the services of any affiliated company.
