INVESTMENT OPTIONS—EQUITY MANAGEMENT II:
2) Opportunistic Positions (25%-50% of the equity component):
Opportunistic positions are shorter term in nature, with a duration that can range from a few weeks to twenty four months, depending on current market conditions. The Opportunistic component allows us to take advantage of industry/sector trends, momentum plays and swing trading opportunities that may arise as a result of economic and world events. While our company level research is high with regard to Opportunistic positions, it is generally less than that of our Core Holdings.

3) Core type holdings (0-25% of the equity component):
Core type holdings are overweighted based on a top-down economic, geopolitical and event-driven allocation with an eye on trading into sector rotations.
